Implemented multi-role, multi-level approval & awarding workflows with deterministic transitions.

Built vendor lifecycle management: registration → revision → approval.

Developed complete RFQ & pricing module for land and sea logistics.

Added negotiation loops, ranking logic, and Approved Vendor List (AVL) generation.
